At first, I told Richard the property tax refund amount was not worth my time because it sounded to good to be true. Then my neighbor told me at a Holiday party that Richard was helping him so I called B100 Daily Property Tax the next day. I'm happy I did as I received 4 checks for $24,488 and savings/year of ~ $5,500 going forward.
